Victorian humor at its weirdest

The particularly humorous feature about our next photograph is the grinning caricature of a face worn by the man standing in a stooping position the second from the right. The explanation lies in the fact that being baldheaded he has had another face painted on the top of his scalp, and in the photograph he is merely bending down in order to show the curious effect to full advantage.
